Available equipment
- A wheelchair is available free of charge for visitors who have difficulty moving around the museum. The wheelchair is available without reservation. Please speak to museum staff upon arrival.
- Folding seats are also available free of charge at the museum reception desk. Please speak to museum staff.
- A large-print guide to the permanent collections is available free of charge. Magnifying glasses may also be borrowed. Please ask at the museum reception desk.
All equipment borrowed from the museum must remain on the premises.
For hearing-impaired visitors with hearing aids equipped with a telecoil ("T" setting), the museum ticket desk is fitted with an induction loop amplifier. A telephone handset on the device also allows communication with visitors who do not use hearing aids.
Five induction loop neckloops for audio guides are available upon request from the Visitor Services department when booking a visit.
